HELP – HELP – HELP

I sent out a recurring appointment on outlook, and I sent out the SERIES!!! I am getting back zillions of refussals (imagine that), but they are also getting zillions of email!! Is there anything I can do to alleviate the problem for my coworkers? Since this is a never ending occurance I can’t help wonder when it even stops!!
any help would be wonderful and get my name out of the mud!! 🙂
