Help!!! I need a Desktop Technology Plan

I am putting together a 3 year Roadmap and am having some difficulty (Especiall in lew of Microsoft’s new stragey that they are ramming down everyone’s throats. I know many of my colligues have been through or are going through this, but is there a template or a series of rules out there…somewhere?? Thanks in advance!!!!
