Help moving to a larger hard drive

Redhat 7.1 on a 10 gig drive /usr is so full i can’t even download the errata updates. I have a 30 gig I can use but how can I mirgate all the old system to the new drive so that I can have free space again. I love the way it runs now and want to keep it as it is if possible.
