Help?? My career??

I have been in the computer industry for 20 years, I am A+ Certified, MCP. Working towards MCSE,CCNA. I have a Programming Diploma, I have worked on UNIX/Mainframes, minis (Computer Operations). And I can not find a job. What more do I need to do?? Help??
