HELP! Need to export Exchange 2003 GAL to CSV text file

I need to find a way to export the entire Global Address List to a comma delimited text file for import into a software product called “Ingressor” to fix user’s Outlook cashe file…aka…NK2 files. Does anyone here know of a way to do this or knows of a utility for doing so? I have driven myself crazy with CSVDE an other methods, but nothing seems to work here. I’m sure this question is asked a lot and some of you seasons Exchange gurus may know of something out there to do this.
