Help Needed

The “Action Manager” of my Plustek OpticPro 4830P
scanner does not show a window for me to click for
scanning (I can only use the OCR and one other feature)– I’ve “Removed Program” from Control Panel and reinstalled with the software disk that came with the machine, but I cannot do any proper scanning. Is there something else I can do? I have
tried the Plustek website but to no avail.Pls.HELP
