Hi
I am running into a some strange problems with my exchange server. A few users are not receiving email from “certain” outside contacts. Here is the scenario, If user from the external addresses the user internal then she will never get that message.
However if the external person adds another internal name as a ‘CC’ then both are able to receive the message.
Here is my troubleshooting has led me too..
I have double checked my antispam server and as a precautionary I have added this domain to the global whitelist. The mail is reaching our gateway but somewhere along the lines the transportation is getting held up..
Tracking the message in Exchange System manager shows that the message is stuck in the categorizer. I have looked in the queues for these messages and have not found it.
