HELP PLEASE!!! Micros 2.5 Issue!!!

PLEASE…I have been looking everywhere for anyone who knows Micros. We currently run Micros 2.5. I am new to restauraunt POS software, but added in a Mix n Match menu item. After doing this, not only did 2 workstations crash, but now anytime you try to ring up any sandwich, for some reason the price comes up as zero. I have checked MI Prices and the Configurator, and both are set correctly to my knowledge (meaning nothing has changed). We are an extremely busy establishment and I could really really use some guidance….thanks!
