Help with a program called Live Shows!

One of my users accidently (ha) opened an email that propagated this program that installs itself even after you delete it every time you boot your pc. Well, no big deal I removed the registry entries in Windows 2000, deleted the keys in the Run keyand fixed it. But now I have another person outside my network with Windows ME and I can’t find any registry keys to delete and I cannot get rid of this X-rated dialer program called Live Shows!. This can be a problem for any sysadmin and a problemfor even innocent users at home opening up an email called “babies” not thinking “hot babies”. Any suggestions would be appreciated. rob@reradke.com
