Help with Mail Merge and use Voting Button on Outlook

Can I use custom Voting Buttons while Mail Merging through Outlook 2003/2007? If yes, then how?

Details – I was trying to send mails to multiple people with voting buttons on it so that they can respond back to me with responses. Now I was unable to do that together. Can you help me find a way?
