Help with pixel 3 dropped in toilet

So I dropped my pixel 3 in the toilet today which had only pee so i took it out and it still turned on. and played sound. so i wiped it down with wet wipes and a cloth and then rinsed it with fresh water like i had seen online. so it worked fine and then i tried to plug it up and the charging lightning bolt didnt pop up so i put it in rice for a few hours and then cleaned the port with a tissue and earlier had rinsed it again because i saw that too. but now the lightning bolt will show up and then disappear and my phone will vibrate then that repeats and sometimes the lightning bolt will stay for a while. is this a big problem if so how can i fix it?
