Help with VB 2008 and ACCESS

Hello everybody!!
Well… I need help about access 2003 and working with vb 2008, i’m developing a software but i’m using a data base created in access, my trouble is this:
When I open my DB in access and i want to modify it, i can do it, but if i run my project in VB2008 i can’t see the updated information… what can i do..???
