Hiding Certain Applets from users in Control Panel

Hello,

We are using Windows XP at our office and I have been wondering if there was a way to hide certain applets from users in the control panel. I have been searching for a couple days and it seems that everything applies to XP Pro using “gpedit.” We have that at our HQ, but on our portable laptops that we have been ordering have been the Home edition. I am pretty reg savvy, but don’t want to screw anything up by trying to keep someone from trying to edit certain things.

So basically I want to hide the user accounts applet from users. Any links or info of any kind would be a great help!
