Highlight in Outlook 2003

Good morning,

I would like to highlight a paragraph in my email message. I understand how to bold, italicize, and underline text.

However, there is still no Highlight Tool visible for me to use.

The only way around it is to write the text in MS Word, use the highlight function there then copy and paste it, but this is not the remedy

Is there any idea?
