Historical Stock Data

Does any one know how to download Historical stock data from Yahoo Finance or MSN ? Any script that I can use to automate the process would be good.

I have a list of stock quote which I need to download the pass 3 to 5 years historical data to perform further analysis, preferably the data is in csv or xls format.
