Home LAN only works one way

I’ve got a home LAN, 1 Win98SE machine, 1 NT4.0SP6, and 1 W95C laptop, all doing peer-to-peer off a 5port hub. The laptop can see the other two machines, which can see each other but not the laptop. I’ve hardcoded IPs, and i’ve put those IP’s in thehost and LMhost files of the other two machines, but they still can’t see the laptop. What should I try next?
