Hot swap Excahnge servers

I am looking for a solution to enable my orginization to utilize hot spares for exchange servers without using clustering. We currently have 1 bridgehead and 2 exchange data servers, I would like to mirror these data servers and have two hot spares availible for instant use or as little downtime as possible
