Hotmail problem

Can please anybody help?
since the new hotmail upgrade, when I try to send an email, the body of the text does not go, when I send it.
Also my adress details on the bottom of the text “as stationary ” disappears.
even though when I clicked on options, it is still there and even after I saved it, it still does not show up on the email page.
However I can send a text message only in “plain text” only.
I would be grateful for any help.
