how 2 restore exchange 5.5 mailbox

users mail from day one had problems

top user in company (has/had) the most

developer decided to clean up his drive.
archived his mail folders (lots) to another drive.

account was deleted from domain

re-created new account and tried to import files, its not working

how can i retrieve the mail ?
