How can I access unix file system on disk from Windows?

I have old Sun Solaris Unix data in an unknown format that I need to access from a Windows system. The data is on disk. Right now, Windows simply tells me that the disk is not a recognized file system. Are there drivers available to let me at least see what files are on the disk?
