How can I download a genuine Windows network adapter driver?

I downloaded this driver – Realtek RTL8150 USB 10/100 Fast Ethernet Adapter 2008-04-11 (Windows) from http://downloads.zdnet.com/thankyou.aspx?regSrc=dwld&tag=col1%3BsubmitButton&promo=110000&docid=615019&view=615019 but during installation I was warned that it could disorganise my system since it was not Windows XP supported. How can I get the version that raelly has a windows logo?
