How can I fix Windows update failures caused by repeated “Download error –

I’ve been trying to update my Windows system, but every time I check for updates, it fails and shows the error 0x8024a204. I’ve already tried restarting the PC, running the Windows Update Troubleshooter, and clearing the SoftwareDistribution folder, but the issue still returns.
