How can I have someone externally monitor activity on my chromebook

I would like to have someone externally monitor activity on my Samsung Chromebook. (I am a private individual; not an organization, and this is for me, not for a child). I have a tight budget, so I would like a free or cheap option, if possible. Any ideas?
