How can I save outgoing mails?

1. How can I save outgoing mails on a Linux mail server running Sendmail? Maybe forwarding them to a diferent account?
For incoming mails I can use .forward vacation, procmail, but what about outgoing?

2. How can I attach a message at the end of every outgoing mail (for every user)?
