How can I stop users from using stationary in Outlook 2003?

Our email is hosted off site thru our parent company so I do not have access to the AD for Exchange.
We are using Active Directory but the seems to be no way to do this. I really do not want to have to touch all 275 computers to accomplish this task.
Does anyone have a solution to this small dilema.
