How can we specify proxy info in Outlook

Hi Friends,

How to setup Outlook express under proxy configuration. I know that it will use broswer proxy settings. If I use my browser it will prompt for proxy username and password but where as in outlook express it won’t prompt and it is giving failed error message.

I am running out of ideas, Please help me.
