How did your career change after MBA?

I am about one month from completing my career. I will never regret completing it and have plans to continue in my current job.

The statistics from our school claim 98% get another job once completing their career but I have yet to find someone with an MBA in the IT field.

Has anyone completed their MBA? What did you do after? Did you stay at the same employer? Did you feel it advanced your career? Were you compensated for the degree itself?
