How do I auto fill a form in Access with one entry?

I want to enter a Company Name into a form (using the Combo Box)in Access, and then the rest of the form is automatically filled out for me (i.e. the Company Address, Phone Number, City, State, etc… fields are automatically filled in for me). The record is updated then I can go on to a new record and do the same with another Company Name.
