I use a proprietary software that uses Access 2003 Runtime. The program opens but the data fields are not populated. The dropdown menus are there but when I try to get into the data I get the above error message.
When I try to go anywhere I also get the following:

I am on XP pro
I have tried to open the mdb file in Access 2003 but the file is protected
This program is running fine on a laptop with the same operating system and same old software but not this desktop.
