How Do i Get around an admin password on a macbook

I am a school student at high school and i want to install microsoft office 2008 but it asks for an admin password does anyone know how to get around it without changing or resetting it?????? i know there is a way by holding apple+s but not sure what to do after that comes up………Please help me thanks
