How do I get rid of persistent lnksdata.com pop-ups?

Anyone experienced an annoying array of pop-ups from lnksdata.com which redirect to some survey window? Laptop running Windows7, and this happens with both IE and Firefox. Have run spybot and ESET NOD32 but they don’t seem to find anything untoward.
