How do i pre fill fields in multiple MS Word forms, from MS Excel data?

The organisation i work for sends notification letters to various organisations on behalf of clients. Is it possbile to have a table in MS Excel where you would enter the information required once. That information is then automatically pre filled in the applicable fields in Word?
