How do I start?

Hi all,

I am interested in becomming an IT professional, specifically a systems analyst/engineer. Only problem: I have no idea where to begin training. I currently have a bachelors degree in psychology (hardly worth the paper its written on).Is it worth going back to school for another bachelors in MIS or CIS? Should I invest time and money in getting certified in A+/Network+/MCSE, or is there a better route? What about getting a masters down the line? Is it possible to get the big money jobs without a bachelors/masters in the field? I obviously am very confused and would love any imput. Thanks a lot.
