My company uses public folders often to monitor responses from clients. We are about to do a huge mailout and have the replies sent to a particular public folder.
I will have to respond to all of these individually unless i create an auto-reply.
I have tried countless times to do it through folder assistant and through creating new rules in the ‘rules and alerts’ programme but i have been unsuccessful every time.
In the folder assistant i get to the end and am confronted with a message which says, “the rule cannot be saved”.
What is it that i have to do to make the rule save?
Is it anything to do with forms?
