Let’s get real here – Most of us in IT Management have a huge amount of stress to deal with. How do you handle it?
Recently, my boss informed me that he had noticed over the past 6 months that I have been “really stressed out”. He also pointed out that he wasn’t the only one who noticed. Some fellow workers had voiced thier concerns to him. I knew that I was stressed and it was affecting my job and the people around me, but it didn’t really sink in that it had become a problem until myboss pointed it out. He ordered me to take some stress management counseling. Have any of you done this and if so, did it help?
