How I remove files from the users folder?

I have this server with 200 users, some of them upload mp3’s and also other put some files that are not work related, I wonder if there is a script or batch file that allow me to delete specific files every time I run it or maybe there is somenthing that I can add to a task or somenthing that erase those files from the user folder.

Any help will be very apreciated, I’m running Win2k Server and some clients on Win2k Pro and WinXP. Everything is under Active Directory.
