Am I being impatient? I am currently a systems Analyst title with network administrator duties. I have talked with the management about a raise and title change, they said they would create systems admin position for me, because they do not want to lose me. It has been 6 months and nothing has been done, and I have checked with the IT Director and he is avoiding me. So I have been looking for another position elsewhere. Last wednesday I have had 2 interviews (different places) for an entry level Network Admin position. Both gave me time-lines for round 2 and “they were project to be ready for worund 2 by this wednesday.” I have not heard from them, and was wondering how long I should wait to contact them, am I being too impatient with my current job and waiting for these or am I getting taken advantage of? Any Advice?
