A friend of mine has been offered a permanent job offer in Europe and originally belongs to Asia. He is thinking of moving his family along whit his school going children to his new country.His dilema is if he is forced to take a decision infew years time to leave that job or is forced out even though the job may be permanent at present he cannot be again shifting his family and school going children back to his home country or new country.Should he have some backup strategy or plan sothat the family do not suffer because of the everchanging IT world requirements or not move his family at all in this kind of situation as well.
Any suggestions from experienced IT professionals and familymen are welcome.
