How prevent Outlook 2007 to download Attachment file automatically ?

Hi friends,
Most of the time i`m receiving mail with Outlook 2007 that contain unknown Big attachment file and i should wait until downloading complete.
I want to know are there anyway to prevent Outlook 2007 to download Attachment file automatically ?
