How serious is the cyber threat?

The Attorney General, in consultation with the Homeland Security Counci, has raised the threat level of a terrorist cyber attack to an elevated risk, or “yellow” level. Some people think this threat is overstated while others believe that anyone with an Internet connection can disable the U.S. economy. What?s your opinion?
