How to attach a password to the “runas”

Hello

I have to run a utility with the “runas” command. I start the utility with a cmd-file. Now I would like to attach automatically the password of the runas-user. Ex. runas /env /user:administrator ……… “Notepad…..”

Can me somebodyhelp me to solve this issue?
