How to Become a Network Administrator

Hi Everyone.I am a B.Tech in Computer Science. I have a 3 years work experience into Technical Support. I have experience in providing Technical Support for Networking Devices like Routers,Switches,Hubs,NIC cards, Antivirus,Endpoint Security Products,Firewalls,IPS,IDS.
Right now I am into Providing Technical Support for Storage Products Backups on Exchange n SQL etc.Can someone tell me how can I become a Network Admin.What would the requirements for the same or may be I can go for a different position based on work experience.
