How to change Exchange 2003 mailbox – name?

We have several AD Users that have generic login names because of the turn over. Ie. Admin01… So the AD User Object stays the same, but the display name and such changes.

We use the existing Exchange mailbox so that the old mail is still accessible to the new employee as the job is related…

The new employees e-mail address is associated with their name, but within Outlook the “Mailbox – Mailbox Name” always displays the original user of the mailbox, not the new employees user name.

Is there a way to change this Mailbox name?
