How to Change Taskbar Position in Windows 10?

To change the taskbar position in Windows 10, you can follow these steps:

Right-click on an empty area of the taskbar. Ensure that you don’t right-click on any icons or the Start button.

In the context menu that appears, hover your mouse over the “Taskbar settings” option and left-click on it.

Alternatively, you can access the Taskbar settings by going to Start Menu > Settings (the gear icon) > Personalization > Taskbar.

The Taskbar settings window will open. Scroll down to the “Taskbar alignment” section.

To change the position of the taskbar, click on the dropdown menu next to “Taskbar alignment.”

You can choose from the following options:

“Bottom” (default): Place the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.
“Left”: Places the taskbar on the left side of the screen.
“Right”: Places the taskbar on the right side of the screen.
“Top”: Places the taskbar at the top of the screen.
Select the desired position by clicking on the corresponding option.

Once you’ve selected the new position, the taskbar will automatically move to the chosen location.
