How to configure RADIUS server and enable client to get authenticated.

Hello room,
I am trying to configured a RADIUS Server on Microsoft WIndows .NET 2003 Enterprise edition Server and have an XP client trying to get authenticate from this server. I can only see the traffic going from Client to Server. Can some how point me to the right direction of how to get this up and running. Million of thanks.
