how to convert a .fxp file in to.prg ”””

i want to convert an application all the fiels are fxp fiels & i want to convert it into prg fiels but i m unable so that if anyone can help & the bigger problem is i have a converter programme to but that’s not working.plz if u have any kind of solution plz get back to me asap. thanks
