How to create a xp pro cd?

Hi I read your article….”Create a bootable Windows XP CD slipstreamed with SP2 and hotfixes”. I really would like to do this, but My computer came with xp pro already installed. I have a HP Pavilion a1140n. I hope you can help me with. Thanks
