How to Create Custom Lorcana Cards on My Operating System

I’m interested in creating custom Lorcana cards and I’m looking for advice on the best way to do this on my operating system. Here are a question I have:

Software Recommendations: What software would you recommend for designing and editing custom Lorcana cards? I’m looking for something that’s user-friendly and offers a lot of design flexibility.
