How to delete a file in clear case from Commandline

Hi,
I want to delete few files from Rational clear case. So, i made a batch file and tried to run it. But the files are not getting deleted from clear case. Any idea, how to delete the files from clear case?
Commands in bach file is like

cleartool rmelem view2\MyProject\code\databasescripts\File1.sql/Q
