How to do an troubleshooting for a develped applications

Hi all !

I got a application developed in Delphi 7.0 and i wanna know what recourses it need to run nicely.

My problem is that i have used it in a secure enviorement and the application dosnt run like my testign enviorement.

Things that i wanna know :
Registry that need to used.
Disk privilegies.
Access that need the application to run.
Process that application runs.
Conflicts whit politics.
